    Charging Pile Installation Process

    >> The concrete grade shall be no lower than C20; the underground portion shall have a height of no less than 400 mm, and the above-ground portion no less than 200 mm. The concrete foundation dimensions shall be 900 mm × 600 mm (length × width), with a complete, smooth, and crack-free surface. See the detailed external appearance below:

    >> The communication input cable shall be routed starting from the user’s distribution switch and connected to the switch’s output terminals just before energization.

    >>The distribution room shall be equipped with protection devices for overcurrent, short circuit, and lightning strikes.

    >> On AC power lines, the colors yellow, green, red, and light blue correspond to AC phases A, B, C, and the neutral wire, respectively.

    >> If the power cable is of a single color, a wire identification label must be affixed (or a marked sleeve must be fitted).

    >> AC power cables shall be routed separately from DC cables.

    >> Power lines must not have any breaks, damage, or scratches.

    >> The typical wiring sequence is to connect the protective earth first, followed by the neutral, and finally the AC phase conductors.

    >> Before making electrical connections, ensure that all switches, fuses, and other protective devices are in the open (off) position.
